Body straightening systems
The Gaévan workshops are equipped with frame straightening systems for light and heavy trucks. We are the only enterprise in the entire province of Québec to offer a system with “Celette” laser technology: specialized for over 50 years in the design of repair equipment and ISO 9001 certified since 1996. Of superior quality, this system is specially designed for heavy trucks.
Paint
Our facilities also include two paint booths equipped according to the highest industry standards. The main 65 foot booth can accommodate heavy trucks, while the secondary 35 foot booth is best suited for mid-size vehicles and vans. Both are equipped with “Full Downdraft” technology, which allows air to circulate from the filters in the ceiling to the floor of the room optimally, enveloping the vehicle with clean filtered air. Our booths are also used to cure the paint, which significantly reduces the drying time for urgent work. In addition, our mixing station has a solvent recovery system that meets current emissions standards.
